legislative: have the function to making laws.


Qualification: a quality, accomplishment.


requisite: 
a necessary quality.

attained: to reach, or achieve.

Secrecy: the state of being hidden from other people.

Compensation: rewarding someone or making up for someone's loss.


Piracies: robbery or illegal violence at area.

Felonies: a crime punishable by death.


Militia: a body of citizen soldiers.


disciplining: training to act in accordance with rules.


Emolument: salary or profit.

reprieves: to delay the impending punishment.
